Human Resources Officer (Compensation and Benefits/Organization Development) (1 Position)

Job Description :

Responsible in supporting role regarding Compensation and Benefits and Organization Development related matters

Job Duties / Responsibilities
• Assist supervisor in updating and maintaining C&B and OD policy
• Assist supervisor in updating and maintaining manpower and workforce planning
• Prepare primary data to support C&B analysis
• Maintain and filing C&B and OD document
• Update organization chart according to organization structure designed
• Participate in C&B, OD projects
• Coordinate with both internal staffs and external related parties such as HR vendors  
• Other tasks as assigned



Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Social Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years’ experience in HR field, (compensation & benefits and HRIS are preferred) 
• Good command in English skill
• Good skill in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Sense of urgency and confidentiality
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, managing multiple deadlines and priorities
• Team-oriented, actively participating and sharing opinions
