Technical Service Senior Officer (Lubricant & Special Products) (1 Position)
Job Description :
Technical support officers job involves a broad range of technical support activities and consultative services which are providing to the customers. The scope of work is to perform technical service to support sales and marketing team in order to achieve the company objectives and goals and meet the allocated budget. The areas of operation are Thailand and border trade markets.
• Provide technical service to both external and internal customers
• Provide technical service regarding lubricant products, product applications, engines and machines of vehicles and machinery and machine performance
• Handle customer complaint, provide failure diagnosis, evaluate the cause of the complaint and clarify with customer to reach a full customers satisfaction
• Find opportunity and initiative of new products, services or solutions for the market by technical research, market survey, customer visit, etc.
• Prepare technical & marketing tools to support initial stage of new product development
• Provide training for customers and influences
• Prepare monthly report for management
• 2-5 year work experience
• Good computer literacy (MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc)
• Good communication skills in Thai and English (TOEIC score minimum 600)
• Have a valid drivers license
• Be able to travel and work upcountry, foreign countries for a short term assignment
