IT Business Solution Specialist (Oracle) (1 Position)

Job Description :

• Provide support and knowledge transfer to business solution team. Use ticket log system to track issues and record solution.
• Performing analysis of business requirement and lead the resolution of complex and integration issues.
• Configuration new and maintain existing Oracle application.
• Identifying Oracle best practices to further streamline business operations solutions
• Documenting system configurations and detailed functional design specifications
• Serving as a liaison between programmers, users and business solutions team, ensuring that functional and technical design meet the needs of business requirements
• Preparing and executing test plans to ensure that patches, modifications, and updates to the system are thoroughly tested before being placed in production.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership in functional design, prototyping, and process design stages
  of implementations including scenario design, flow mapping.
• Provide leadership in the implementation, services, master data management,
  data quality, data governance, data access & data integration.
• Review and improve the existing Oracle ERP solutions and configurations on
  all modules i.e. O2C, P2P, Inventory, Finance, Account, EAM, SCM, OTM, QC, Treasury and CRM.
• Review and improve various interface between Oracle and 3rd party applications
   i.e. Allegro, E-Unite, Scada, GPS, and customize modules.
• Identify processing gaps, and improve end to end Oracle processing efficiency and availability.
• Simplify workflows within Oracle system, promote user friendliness,
   and ensure seamless interface cross functional BU.
• Expert communicator and exceptional skill at building relationships and
  connecting customer needs to architectural solutions.
• Work on issues from ticket log, resolve issues within SLA, provide solutions
  and record solutions in database for future reference.



Qualification :

• Bachelor’s Degree in MIS (Management Information Systems) / Computer Science or related technical field.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Oracle EBS R12 in P2P, O2C, Inventory, Account, Finance, Manufacturing, QC, EAM, CRM, Treasury and Costing.
• Good command in English (both speaking and writing).
• Familiar in using tools like Toad, SQL navigator, SQL+.
• Expertise in Oracle Form, Report and PL/SQL (min 5 year).
• Strong analytical skills, Team-oriented with excellent multi-tasking and coordination skills.
• Oracle technical skill is a plus.
