Sales Executive –Lubricant Product (1 Position)

Job Description :

The Sales Executive-Lubricant is expected to deliver the operational plans by managing sales through the Direct Channel (B2B). Direct Channel caters to large customers in many industries including construction, transport, mining, manufacturing, power generation, and agriculture.

Job Duties / Responsibilities
• Responsibility for creating brand awareness and selling our Industrial lubricant in a define area.
• Create and maintain customer relationships for both existing and new clients
• Response for competitive information on sales volume, price, and competitor movement
• Accountability for the end to end sales and implementation process to ensure successful delivery of deals
• Maximize growth opportunity from existing partners ensuring plans and activities are in place to meet projections and create contingency plans to address any challenges
• Strengthen the channels and improve the processes through continuous development
• Being a company representative in dealing with customers within a region in business matter, collecting market information and help solving customers’ problems relating to the company’s business.



Qualification :

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Science, or any related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Area
• Strong organizing, communication and coordination skills.
• Strong selling skill, negotiation skill, and problem-solving skill
• Self-motivated and driven individual
• Highly developed interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Able to travel and work at up country
