HR Supervisor (China) (1 Position)

Job Description:
Responsible for compliance of people related matters and projects in China (such as compensation and benefits, labor relations, performance management, retention, and other related maters pertaining to human capital management.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
• Act as company representative in country, both towards internal stakeholders (Country Management Team, senior managers, employees, international HR team) and external entities (government, etc) to provide trustful guidance on HR matters
• Work closely with international HRBP and coordinators to develop HR strategies, guide the design and implementation of HR projects, oversee the processes and communications
• Identify and respond to human resources problems, develop a strategy and plans to meet people-related needs
• Handle HR projects from end-to-end, including but not limited to talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and performance evaluation
• Develop practical strategies to encourage employee initiatives, development and performance
• Advocate and promote Tipco Asphalt core values, mission, vision, culture and other policies. 



Qualification :

• Minimum bachelor’s degree, more than 5 years of working experience in HR
• Hands on HR experience on payroll, employee relations, welfare and benefits
• Good knowledge on training & development, recruitment is a plus
• Good awareness of China Labor Law
• Self-motivated HR professional with interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Result oriented person with strong commitments initiatives
