Country Head - Financial and Accounting (China) (1 Position)

Job Description:
Responsible for managing all aspects of financial process for the company, support Country Manager on all financial data, analysis, business process, day-to-day operations of the business.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
MANAGEMENT
• Manage the respective functional teams (AR, credit, pricing, business control, accounting) to provide the support to ensure the efficiency of its processes and a strong control posture (assigning job, supervising, coaching, and motivating staff)
BUDGETING
• Responsible for the bi-annual budgeting including working with all company managers to develop accurate forecasts
FINANCE
• Responsible for the closing of the financial books (statutory and IFRS); ensure the timeliness, accuracy in the entries posted during the closing of the financial books
• Responsible for the full P&L and BS as well as all tax and statutory compliance
• Responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly financial reporting and review decks; ensure timeliness, accuracy, quality of all financial reports
• Ensure business governance and internal control, treasury management, risk management, credit management, cost management, budgetary control are in adherence to the company policies and procedures
• Provide support to external partners (banks, external auditors, legal & tax adviser, tax department and other government authorities)
PLANNING
• Provide weekly, monthly forecasting of the financial and operational outlook versus the targets; provide explanation on key business drivers based on the business results
• Provide recommendations on actions to be taken to improve on the business outlook; independently drive the actions with the respective stakeholders
• Ensure good quality and in-depth analysis (financial & operation) to support recommendations for business decisions; drive ad hoc projects relevant for any investment feasibility studies
BANKING
• Manage day-to-day relationship with banks
• Responsible for effective treasury management to maximize the group funding
• Ensure Group internal control is respected in terms of bank accounts, signatories



Qualification :

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Finance Management & BBA Hons. In Business Administration
• Successful experience as Finance Manager for min. 10 years
• Experts in finance, banking and accounting with Master Degree in at least one of the relevant fields
• Good knowledge on taxation/auditing laws and regulations
• Good awareness in legal aspects
• Organization and Leadership skills
• Fluent English and Computer skills
• Good people management skills
