Senior Sales Manager - Special Product and Others (1 Position)

Job Description :

This job holder will initiate strategic sales plan for special asphalt and other products and also manage sales team to contribute according to company sales target. This position will also have to maintain develop relationship with customers and seek for new opportunities for other product sales, and other new business opportunity, also manage and prepare related matters in biding and contract, ensure product delivery and collect debt in responsible area. And also manage cost, margin, and profit according to department/company sales target.

Job Responsibility :
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
• Planning, managing and monitoring sales activities for products in charged
• Responsible for the financial performance of the sales team according to strategic goals and plans
• Focus on assigned products by compiling and submitting accurate and timely sales pipeline and forecast data that allow effective business planning
• Analyzing annual sales volume and forecasting sales plans to meet the demand of customers and maintain competitive advantage in the market
• Analyze actual current business performance to market opportunity size and creates plans to close gap
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analyzing sales options.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
• Seek for opportunity for other special products for retail and direct sales
• Enhance and develop opportunity for other businesses which are trading business, private road solution business, logistic business, oil & lubricant, product distribution and join venture.



Qualification :

• Bachelor degree in business management with at least 10 years’ experience in sales manager level, or Master degree with at least 8 years’ experience
• Good command in English
• Able to build and maintain relationship
