SECRETARY
Perform routine secretarial duties as an assistant to Project Director – Construction, and other administrative duties as assigned while preparing reports and presentations as and when required/

PROJECT COORDINATOR
Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the activities of a construction project, under the direction of Project Director. Shall work on site most of the time, looking after the day-to-day responsibilities of the construction project.

Job Responsibilities:
Secretarial Duties
• Filing and update company documents and prepare all required company documents for the Executive / Director
• Prepare minutes of meeting and prepare any related documents for meetings
• Tracking job in process and prepare a summary of the report to be presented to the Executive / Director
• Liaise with customers, external agencies, and associations as assigned by the Executive / Director
• Manage the Project Director’s schedule, make an appointments and prepare the meetings
• Arrange meeting, appointment and travel reservations for the Executive / Director
• Ensure effective and proactive support to Project Director and his family for matters involving their subsistence (e.g. visas, house rental, insurance, etc.)
• Claim Business Travel Expenses and keep appropriate records before the claim
• Ensure that all claims and payments are made in a timely manner and follow through until closure of payments
• Coordinate verbally and in writing with internal and external parties
• Track job in process, follow up incoming and outgoing correspondence to be reported
• Order and maintain the stationery locker—stationery and equipment
• Any specific task as assigned by the Executive / Director


Project Coordinator Duties
• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all the Executive / Director



Qualification :

• Bachelor Degree in any field with more than 2 years’ experience in secretarial documenting and coordination
• Good IT/computer skills, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, proactive in problem-solving and service minded.
• Able to work independently, under pressure and time constraint
• Must confidentiality, cooperation, positive attitude, reliability, punctuality, timeliness in respect to deadlines and respectfulness towards others
• Must be self-motivated, fast learner, team player and a critical thinker
• Fluent in English proficiency, speaking, reading and writing (equivalent to IELTS Band of 6.5 or TOEIC in excess of 750)
• Be able to work at Suvarnabhumi airport (Monday - Saturday).
