Deputy General Manager (Cambodia) (1 Position)

Report to: General Manager (Country Manager) - Cambodia      
Work Location:  Sangkat Boeung Keng Kang III, Khan Chamkamon, Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Job Description:
Reporting to the General Manager (GM), the Deputy General Manager (DGM) shall assist the GM to plan, develop, implement and oversee the company initiatives and projects.  The DGM shall oversee the company’s sales & marketing team and directly deal with major customers in Cambodia.  The DGM shall also assume the GM’s responsibilities in his absence.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
• Sells products by implementing national sales plans
• Lead the sales team and hold key accounts with major customers nationwide
• Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results
• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for each region and projecting expected sales volumes and profit monthly / quarterly
• Maintains sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors and supply and demand
• Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning staff and following up on work results
• Plans, monitors and appraise job results
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing and/or related field
• At least 3 years’ base overseas experience in Southeast Asia / Indo-China is a must
• Must have good working experience with Chinese colleagues / customers
• Solid background in Sales & Marketing / Operations background preferred but not required
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin
• Ideal age range is between 40 – 46 years old (depth in age with enough experience and provide possibility to be successor to GM in the next few years)
• Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
