The fundamental principles for achieving efficient and effective Human Capital Management (HCM) within TIPCO ASPHALT GROUP

Health Insurance

The Group provides health insurance for all employees; either via the external insurance covered or directly covered by the Group. The policy covers of Out Patient Department, In Patient Department, and Emergency Treatment.

Long Service Award

The Group presents a long service award ceremony every year to honor the employees, who have been a long-term contributor to our business, from 10th , 15th , 20th, 25th and 30th year of their work anniversary, as well as retired employees.

Performance Bonus

Annual bonus allocation shall depend on the business performance, and the individual performance.

Provident Fund

The Provident Fund is provided by the Group to support the employees and their families after retirement, death, or impairment. All employees who passed the 120-day probation period can apply for membership and select a contribution at a rate of 2.0-15.0%.

Annual Leave

Permanent employees, who have completed their first year of service, or temporary contractual employees, who work over than 1 year, are eligible to paid annual leave according to the job
level and year of services.
Permanent employees, who passed their 120-day probation period, could ask for an early exercise of annual leave at prorate quota on a condition.
In Thailand, we are monitoring the record to ensure employees are taking their paid annual leave entitlements, at least at minimum legal rate eligibility of 6 work days per year.

Flexible Hours

The Group provides flexibility in work hours at Head Office, in functions that could accommodate flexible routines.

Additional Leaves

Apart from legal eligibility of 30-day sick leave per year, and casual leave, the Group also allows other leaves such as Maternity leave, Child care and maternal leave, Religious retreat leave, and Marriage leave.

Health Club

The Group provides health / fitness facilities on site at offices to promote employees’ preventive health care.

Recreational Activities

The Group allows a budget annually for annual outing excursion, New Year party, and recreational activities to promote positive relations among the management and the employees, and strengthen work morale.

Life Insurance

The Group provides life insurance for all permanent employees, either via the external insurance cover or directly covered by the Group.

Dental Care Subsidy

The Group provides dental care subsidy per year to all permanent employees, either via the external insurance cover or directly covered by the Group.

Work Hours and Overtime management

Our wage is ensured to be at or above cost of living, according to the government’s minimum wage policy.
We also monitor working hours, including overtime management, and ensure employees are paid for overtime work.
At the same time, we are constantly controlling the number of working hours according to labor and safety laws.
