Tipco Joint Sealer
Tipco Joint Sealer
is the hot-applied joint sealant for horizontal concrete joints for roads and highways. With excellent elastic and adhesive properties, it also can be used to repair cracks in concrete caused by expansion or contraction.
Its properties are in accordance with the following standards:
TIS 479-2541
ASTM D6690
Available in Thailand
Applications:
- Fill the gap between the concrete slabs.
Product Safety & Handling Recommendations:
- Excessive heating may cause combustion.
- While joint sealer is being heated, prevent water getting into the sealer.
- Wear proper protective clothing to protect against burning. Gloves and goggles should be used.
- In the event of fire, use carbon dioxide or dry chemical fire extinguisher. Do not use water.

Tipco Joint Primer
is an adhesive used on concrete surfaces prior to applying Tipco Joint Sealer.
Its properties are in accordance with the following standards:
DH-S 321/2532
Available in Thailand
Applications:
- Used for priming concrete surfaces before filling with Tipco Joint Sealer.
Recommendations:
- Avoid working or storing near any source of flame or excess heat.
- Storage containers should be dry and clean.
- Storage containers should be kept separately, and the contents clearly marked.
- Wear proper protections (incl. gloves and goggles).
