Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Monitor and report project status related to cost control, gross profit, and contractual conditions.
• Review and update budgets for assigned projects.
• Analyze Budget vs. Actual Cost and report findings to the supervisor.
• Track and consolidate project plans and progress for assigned projects.
• Perform other assigned tasks, such as contract administration and cost estimation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of construction and road maintenance work will be an advantage.
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with experience in cost control.
• Experience in construction and road maintenance will be an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Familiarity with Power BI, MS Project, or Primavera 6 will be an advantage.
• Able to drive with a valid driving license.
• Able to travel upcountry as required.
