Job Summary:
Responsible for technical support, services, and consultancy products and applications to the customers. Corporate and provide effective technical work and programs to support sales and marketing. Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Plant QC, and Plant production.
Job Description:
- Support the delivery of technical services related to the application of asphalt and related products including product testing services both in the laboratory and on-site to customers, road authorities, and agencies.
- Learn and share product knowledge to help customers understand standard applications and product use.
- Research and present technical information on road and pavement technology to aid customers’ technical projects.
- Conduct customer site visits to offer hands-on technical assistance, ensuring alignment with the company’s support initiatives.
- Help prepare documentation, forms, and technical materials as requested, and follow up on basic troubleshooting tasks as assigned.
- Participate in training and hands-on learning to build technical knowledge and stay up-to-date with product and service updates.
- Monitor and control the personal budgets for technical service tasks, providing regular progress and outcome reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil engineering and/or Chemical engineering
- 1 – 2 year of experience, does not require direct experience in this field
- Good computer skills and MS Office background
- Good command of English in both writing and verbal communication
- Having good analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Creative and innovative thinking skills
- Based in the Head office
- Able to relocate to work in other provinces and overseas.
