10 Million Manhours Achieved Without LTI at Suvarnabhumi Airport, 3rd Runway Construction Project

On 11th November 2025, the 3rd Runway Construction Project, Suvarnabhumi Airport achieved a major safety milestone, reaching *10 million manhours without a Lost Time Injury (LTI).* This achievement reflects our unwavering belief that safety is our first priority.

Reaching this milestone is the result of disciplined execution and strong leadership across the site, led by site safety officers and supported by all levels of management and workforce. Our approach combines clear safety standards aligned with AOT requirements, mandatory safety induction for every worker, regular management walkthroughs, and continuous engagement through weekly toolbox meetings and monthly safety demonstrations.

We reinforce proactive safety behaviors through weekly site safety patrols, a transparent Unsafe Act/Unsafe Condition (UA/UC) reporting system with recognition, rigorous heavy machinery inspections approved by AOT, and continuous environmental and health monitoring in accordance with EHIA requirements by independent third parties. Progress milestones are celebrated with every million manhours to sustain momentum and morale.

This 10-million-man-hour milestone without LTI belongs to everyone on site—our employees, contractors, consultants, and partners-who choose to work safely every day. We remain committed to Zero LTI, strengthening our safety culture, and delivering this critical national infrastructure with care, responsibility, and pride.
