Software engineer responsible for TIPCO enterprise system design, development, and support work. They will work with Product Manager or a Team Lead or Manager in TIPCO to deliver the efficient IT solution and make all works are align with IT standard procedure. Once they have delivered the final software system, they will also help in maintaining and updating the program to ensure that all problems are fixed, and it operates well with new version or release.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and support configuration, customization, reports, and interfaces of TIPCO enterprise system.
- Contribute to the functional and technical design, process designs with less assist from the senior team member.
- Monitor ERP system and mitigate/fix all incidents.
- Well communicate and working relationships with all stakeholders in Tipco enterprise platform.
- Works closely & collaborates well with the management regarding new IT project.
- Work with the management to prioritize work and urgency.
- Provide some technical documents and guidance. The technical guidance based on good technical acumen and technical currency in a variety of technologies in TIPCO i.e. Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud Application, IBM Cognos TM1, Data Analytic & BI report, Microsoft Office 365 platform, Java, .Net, Linux, Windows, Web, SQL, PLSQL, Azure, Infosphere, Virtualization, API, JSON, load balancers, firewalls, networking (DMZ, DNS), integration, AD, ISAM etc.
- Conduct daily code, design, and process reviews, including code sampling design reviews, code profiling, unit test reviews and process adherence for source code control and builds.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business or related field or equivalent work experience
- 0-5 years of progressive experience in software development in ERP project.
- Welcome new graduated.
- Good working knowledge of Oracle ERP/SAP/NAV technical and functional
- Good knowledge of IT Service/Operations Management
- Good in using tools like Toad, SQL navigator, SQL+
- Good in Oracle Form, Report, and PL/SQL
- Well prioritize, manage, multi-task and execute projects cross-functionally.
- Well knowledge of Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process and methodologies (Water Fall or Agile)
- Well interpersonal skills, good communication, and presentation skills.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willing to work in a fast –paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment and Service mind.
- Knowledge in the analytic platform such as IBM TM1, Oracle/Google Analytic cloud, Big Data technology is plus.
